TUITION
The cost of attending our seven week class, 42 hours of instruction, in Homebuilding/Remodeling is just $475. This price includes an outstanding Workbook with over 250 pages plus an excellent Textbook, as well as an IBM-Compatible Computer Program that goes with the Estimating section. There is a reduction in cost if couples attend together. See Significant Partners below. If you desire consultation help in addition to the classes our regular cost is $45 per hour either at the school or on your site.

DEPOSIT
Because our space is limited and we normally fill the classes several weeks prior to the start, we request that if you plan to attend a given class you send us a deposit of $50 ($100 for couples). We will hold spaces based on the date of postmark or we take VISA and MasterCard so that you can place your reservation over the phone.

RETURN OF DEPOSIT
Should you come to the first class and decide that the classes are not for you, we will gladly return your deposit at the end of the first class. We will also return your deposit if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the first class. This must be done by phone. Because we normally have a waiting list, this allows us to assign your chair to another. Because we have difficulty filling positions in less than 48 hours we cannot return cancellations that are called to us in less time.

SIGNIFICANT PARTNERS
Many couples find it most beneficial if  both attend our classes together, and we highly recommend it. Therefore there is a reduction of 20% for the second tuition. This results in a tuition of only $316 for the second person. Both students will receive their own copy of the Workbook, however only one Text will be supplied. These rates do not apply to those going into the commercial side of homebuilding.
